1.04b10 - Recycling assets disappear

I'm playing a game updated from 1.04b9 and I'm seeing most of my recycling assets disappear. I've got a big empire with lots of towns and lots of places to build recycling stations.

If I reload the autosave and let the turn run, it happens everytime. I've sent you the autosave by mail.

I've also gone back a turn further and skipped turns forward. It always happens at the same time.

Did the scavenge points reach 0? If so, then those assets will disappear and is intended.

Recycling assets are mining stations after all, and all mining assets disappear when the deposit they are mining is empty.

No, there was plenty of scavenge points left. Around a dozen or so scavenge stations up and disappeared.
