[1.06b7b] Medium/Heavy tank description mismatch

Another incredibly small thing, but the medium tank description says it can support up to 200mm of armour but the designer only allows 150mm. Likewise the heavy tank claims 300mm but only goes to 200mm. I'm not sure if this was a design decision that the text didn't catch up with or what, but it's probably worth ironing out at some point.

Agreed. As the Assault Gun is basically a Medium Tank without a turret.
