Can I use this Leader?

I have a leader, name is Aden Etherwaste.

His is a beast 47 Intelligence, 38 War, 53 Charisma, Capacity V
The propblem is that his only profile is Demcoracy+ and I am going for Autocracy
However he also has Ambition of 98, so a high prestige job should have a big impact on his Relation. Wich might be enough to keep him happy.

So, can I use this guy if I give him a high paying job? Or would that only make his inevitable rebellion more destructive?

Well, the question no longer ask itself - because he rebelled already.

But I do wonder if I could have used him in a higher paying job?

His support for Democracy is only a mild one, he could have been made happy with bribe cards. The big issue here IMO is corruption. Had he not rebelled he would have stolen a small fortune.

I would bet that being under 40 Relations, pushed up his corruption. At least the corruption tooltip says it depends on relations.

If you had a 20k exp Interior Councilor, you could fill your entire Cabinet with these guys.

Ear Lock + Bonus + Official Gift + Estate / Commercial Company + Medal of Merit and he's instantly at 100 relationship, despite having been fitted with an Ear Lock, which will drain his Corruption.

I would have put him into the Economic Councilor chair, where both INT and CHA are useful.

I would not put them into Interior, despite having a good stat spread for it, because Interiors can't bribe themselves so you want someone whose profile is very aligned with your own.

That 93 Egoism would have made it harder to bribe him, but like newageofpower says, with enough stratagems you can get even much more misaligned leaders to be "happy", and a Cap V is certainly worth it !
