Luckily they should not occur that often
Is this true? Why are there tons of these dangerous events happening every turn?

Same issue here, I noticed an increase in danger events.
Now I have the problem that the Morale Highstanding event happens every turn in my capital. (7 turns in a row now).

As far as I know, anti-aircraft guns and missiles do not take aircraft routes into account. Are there plans to move to a more realistic system for air war?

Im yet to have a single major AI declare war on me with the last few patches.

I usually only play until like turn 100-150.

What are you guys seeing?

I've had a Major AI declare war on me and perform one attack (which I lost badly). It's sat docile for probably 20 turns since then.

bump! some fixes and started working a bit on the tactical AI as well. the latter will probably merit another subversion to get right, so please do provide some feedback on the new behaviour, which might be a tad to cautious. savefiles illustrating this are more than welcome!

depends on the type of regime a lot... militarists should be expected to declare war sooner.

The Economic Council is doing a lot of work these days.

Flavour wise, MTH interactions being done by the Foreign Council would make sense and give the department something to do when most of the planet has been colonized by rival powers.

Im starting to suspect that there is something wrong with my game, as in i messed something up with patching beta patches (despite checksum appearing correctly). As of i think 2 versions ago, i havent had a SINGLE major AI declare war on me. They will ALL have varying degree of positive relations with me, but they are all green at PEACE with me, forever. I havent seen the label that shows AI attitude toward me change from green PEACE for a few months now.

This is what it looks like for EVERY major regime:

See how it shows PEACE despite only 12 relations? This never used to be the case. They would always be hostile or something similar.

Why don't you send me a save game to vic@vrdesigns.net and I will do a QA check?

It might be the case that you are just to strong and the ai is refusing to declare a war it knows it will loose. The expansionist militarists for example are one of the most aggressive but even though they might declare war against really bad odds they might not do so against overwhelming odds.

Anywho send me a save and link to this thread and I will report back.

Might be slow response with the holidays and all.

Allright Jean was right. A serious bug slipped in somewhere along the game, not game breaking, but annoying indeed. I am building the next open beta version that will retroactively fix this issue in running games as well.

It is for sure hard to catch all bugs in Shadow Empire as it has so many different moving parts. Anyway thanks for reporting it, and no save file needed indeed, Jean already sent one showing the issue.
