One desired change - minors

If there was only one change that could be made, I'd ask for minors to be able to accept my protection when they are at war with another major. I like to role play a more collegial, alliance building empire. Included in that change, would be a drastic revision of the chances for minors to accept agreements. The way it is non-immersive, with a struggling minor nation that is being overrun by another empire refusing help.
