Looking for an intermediate Axis player for ELO game

Having great games ongoing but could take one more against an opponent with regular daily turns min.
Standard ELO rules + house rules:
- Both sides: no exp farming of naval units
- Axis: no Italian navy out of Med before DOW
- Allies: no early attacks against Japan, Solomons etc. before DOW
