CTD v1.03.01 failed startup

The game is giving a CTD as in the screenshot, for all saves at this time. Here is one of the saves:

This is with the Turmoil mod, which I have been playing for quite a while.

The CTD was repeatable until I did a shutdown of Windows and restarted. It did not occur after the Windows restart.

Can you try the latest Beta, v1.03.04, to see if this improves the situation for you?

I figure it was a Windows problem, as the CTD was not repeatable after restarting Windows. I will install 1.03.04 forthwith.
