This looks like a war entry script. Based on the popup I'm assuming that Czechoslovakia has a different country ID and surrenders, but now you want Country ID= 96 (Slovakia) to activate. You first will have to create a surrender 1 script to create Slovakia's borders (similar to Croatia's surrender 1 script) afterwards this event should work I think.

HI Crispy, yes it is a war entry script and i have surrender_1 script and the contry slovakia is created and some other parts of Czech is given to germany and hungary. But then Slovakia stays neutral. It works fine in prevoius versions of my mod in AoC for instance.

I have if connected to a decision to annex Czechoslovakia but be sure i made this also without the decision link bu no one fires

Is Slovakia set to be aligned leaning Axis in the Editor?

It is neutral

You'll need to set it as leaning Axis as the #ALIGNMENT= 1 condition in your script is looking for Slovakia to be leaning Axis.
