This doesn't look right for New Haven, Connecticut

1. 1st of all, you have NYC as 2 hexes. (which may be OK, as it is really BIG - but I would have expected the hexes to be uniquely named. i.e. East New York, West New York - or - New York, Brooklyn (or some other appropriate bourough)
2. New Haven is not adjacent to New York City
3. New Haven Port would actually be at least another full hex to the east.
I know this is not a huge deal, but it was enough to cause me to do a "double-take" trying to figure out WTF was going on?
I suspect the following maybe be the intented port reference in SC3? Not 100% sure as the current naming of the current port at that hex has me really confused. If this was what you were really after, then it needs to be renamed to something closer to the actual geographic location.
