How are Specialty points generated ?

Check the production screen they are on there with amount made each turn and current total.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

NO idea haven't seen it in editor either.

Specialty points are tied to the production.

Lend leading production affects specialty point generation too.

At quick glance, specialty points/capabilities are targeted exclusively at land unit use ?
