Luck change, and death comes flying in on Japanese CVP wings. Will the Soviet loss be a bomber, or fighter?

That was one of the deadlier air combats I've seen. Especially considering that so few air units were involved.

Final combat odds.

Japan selects combat table. However, considering that there is a 50% chance of making the table to 7:1 and that is automatic with blitz there really is no other option for Japan than to pick assault. Even worse, there is a 6-1 blitz table that would be used if the fractional odds failed, but assault would move it down to 5:1.

The fractional odds roll is a success, and saves that attacking force from becoming disorganized.

Land actions for Japan and Germany. Combined for Japan.

Naval Air: Japan flies fighter to 3 box of the Marshalls.

Naval Move: Italy moves a cruiser and CP from La Spezia into West Med. Don't think you will search here so will proceed:

The Germans have called off the attack on Cernauti. However, there is one attack in the North and one in the center. You can support them.

The Germans can intercept each attack with a 6 strength fighter. There's also an AA gun in the North Attack.

The TB-7 can reach either attack. The fighter and Pe-2 can only reach the North attack.

The North attack will have a +2 added to the die roll. No modifiers for center attack.

Do you wish to fly any support?
