Hi,

Some customers who purchased Alexander the Great were affected by a store bug that did not present a download link after purchase today. If you have had any problems downloading your game, please go to www.findmyorder.com and request to re-download. The download link should now appear for you and the purchase should proceed normally. Please e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com if you have any further problems.

If you are having any connection issues with your download, I would also suggest a free utility like www.stardownloader.com to make sure you can resume downloads that have been interrupted.
