Some of the Matrix guys are at a show in Germany. I'm sure they'll attend to this as soon as they see it.

Thanks for your suggestion but it is not a downloading problem as I can't even access to the link since I am not able to validate my order:the confirmation buttons are not displayed.
Moreover I have tried to place different order for TS:AtG (DD+game shipment) just to see what would happen and every time the same order number is assigned to me and finally I can't find any button allowing me to confirm my purchase.
That's why I am thinking it is a problem relating to the Europe store concerning at least this option for TS:AtD.[&:]

We got reply from Digital River stating that everything is okay with the front or backend of the store.

Do you use any kind of personal software firewall that has an "add blocker" built in? Any standalone add blockers? I for example use the Zonealarm suite and it sometimes has the bad habbit to recoginze important buttons as "adds" and block them out.

What kind of browser do you use?

Marc,

you have exactly pointed out the problem I was running in!!![8D]
Actually I am using McAfee Internet security 6.0 and following your suggestion I have unselected the websites advertisement removal option of McAfee Privacy Service which has completely resolved the problem(I am now wondering if I should uninstall McAfee Privacy Service...).Every buttons are now normally displayed,I can also proceed and validate my order.Thank you very much.
I am really a dummy sometimes...[:D]
I can enjoy this great game now.[:)]

"Panzer Vorwäerts!"[:D]It is not appropriate...[:D]
"Vae Victis!" suits better to this era...[&:]

danke schön!vielen Dank!

You should be able to set a special rule for the Digital River site inside McAffee. You can do this with most software firewalls.

I do this for sites I know that I can trust, respectivly don´t worry about "adds" beeing shown. Add blocking software is nice, but sometimes, like virus scanners, gives false allerts.
