Hard Copy Rules

Not a bug but believe this is the best place to ask this: I have had difficulty with the rules mainly because I have nothing to look at while the game is open. I know I can print them but that is usually way more expensive then buying a hard copy if it available. I doubt it greatly but, is there a hard copy of the rules available for purchase?
