True?

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

You are both wrong. Taken from the Matrix company policy manual.

Only the 3rd poster to a new forum will receive one (1) copy of said product FREE. This will only apply if the poster meets all the official conditions.

Looking deeper in the manual in sub-section 317:

Conditions to receive free product.

1) Poster must be at least 1/64 Irish.
1a) if #1 is met please pass order onto the shipping department.

Well shiver me timbers I pass with over 48/64s YEAH BABY!!!

I'll wait outside for the UPS truck.

I believe the actual rule is: "Anyone who volunteers to serve as a play-tester, especially in response to pleas from one of the developers of a game, and does so to the satisfaction of the developers and Matrix will receive a free copy of that game." So anyone who didn't volunteer gets penalized the cost of the game...

This forum is a little light on information about the actual product isn't it?

Anyway, I vote that everyone who posts to the new forum before the actual game information is placed there get copies of the game and a......motorcycles.

It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?

You mean I get a FREE copy of the game? No kidding?

(Actually, I'm just kidding you guys, myself. I knew that. Really. I did.)

But, seriously, the cost of the game is NO penalty. I think it's worth every nickel. (Thats five cents for you Euroes out there.)

Ahhh that Gil R.  Gotta luv him ... generous to a fault.  Hopefully, this thread has taken some of the edge off the waiting ... but still, here I sit - debit card firmly in hand .... waiting.
