Updated Appendix Tables

I mentioned this in the thread announcing the patch's release, but it seems like it couldn't hurt to repeat this information so that more people see it: in addition to all the changes to the game itself, this most recent patch included two .pdf files, both in the "Manuals" sub-folder, in which all of the significant changes to unit costs, gun ranges, effects of special abilities, etc. are provided. Look for "FOF-Appendix-UpdatedData(CHANGESINYELLOW)-V1.12.2.pdf" and "FOF-Appendix-UpdatedData-V1.12.2.pdf."
