Will Carriers at Wat play on Vista - need to know before I get a copy

Yes, certainly.

I installed it on my Vista Ultimate 32 last week (dunno about 64 bit).  I don't recall if I had to turn on WinXP compatibility or not but it works perfectly.  Even runs in widescreen resolutions (1680x1050 here) flawlessly.
