Wiking Whiteout Tournament at Run5

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

Wiking Whiteout Tournament at Run5

Post by Rob Gjessing »

We have annouced a fresh Tournament over at Run5 (http://run5.wargamer.com) based upon the Wiking Whiteout scenario.

This Tournament is unique in that it is a mirror Tournament meaning that each game is played twice against the opponents with the sides reversed, scores from both game are tallied and the person with the highest score progresses through to the next round. In addition to this we are playing this Tournament with the Combat Advisor set to OFF. So that should be interesting.

For more information see this thread from the Run5 discussion forum (http://www.robjess.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?p=4178#4178)

Whoosh!
Isn't that bizarre?
