Sell me on this game!

Post by BlackSunshine »

So...

My introduction to wargames came from Panzer General. Then it evolved into TOAW which I played very heavily years ago.

Lately, it has been WITP and the Decisive Battles series of games.

So... What's the deal with Campaign Series? Why would I like it? The description says that scenarios are at the tactical/operational level. That's tough to do.

Someone just tell me about this game, and what to expect!

Thanks. [:)]

Sell you on this game, read the postings.

This game has a "Grateful Dead" cult following, this thing has held the intrest of wargamers for like 10 years now. I think this is like the third company to release it, and yet we are still buying it.

There has been more drama, complaining, namecalling, "hey were is this", "why does this not work",  and "this is a great game" in this forum today then in any wargame release I can remember in a long time.

If this malestrom does not sell you on this game, I am not sure what will.

P.S. If you buy it, PM me, I will be happy to play a PBEM game.
