Corrupt install?

I just downloaded and updated to 2.02. Both Rising Son and East Front behave normally except they show version 2.0 0n the opening page. West Front didn't install properly for some reason. When I open WF, the screen,there is no title page. Instead it shows as a blank, black page with the game command bars around the edges. It also shows the files from the game folder. In order to select a scenario, I have to open one of the inside files which will bring up a game without a description.
Within the game folder the WF.exe shows only an update from 7/13/14. Any ideas?
