The scenarios look very interesting. However, at the first link (http://jeavonspeter9.blogspot.co.uk/) there are descriptions, but no links to download (that I could find).

At the second link (http://www.ww2wargamesclubforgentlemen.com/) there don't appear to be any references to the scenarios.

If you check the blogspot again, it is just
a showcase, the header states -
