Grease pencil function

Hey Ralph:

How hard would it be to implement a sort of "grease pencil" functionality. Where you can input your own text, arrows, labels, etc. to the map so that you can designate which arty tubes have been bombed, which need bombing yet, and so on. With multiple colors of course. And does or does not show up on the map when you do the "movies" thing, depending on some user setting you can change. It's badly needed to bring this game kicking and screaming into the 21st century. There are other things missing from TOAW but *this* idea might be easily implemented. [ then again it may not be ].
