The more I play this game the more confused I get, for example as the Japanese playing against the American AI at the 40th move I have 16 carriers , 13 I had and 3 given to me, what is really interesting is when I am the American human against the Japanese AI the Japanese have 29 carriers at the 40th move, now we know it takes 72 moves to get a carrier when you purchase them, how come there is a difference of 16 carriers? A little cheating for the AI? Not that I care because this game needs a redo but could someone in Wastelands explain this to me about the huge difference in carriers and honesty would be appreciated.

Yes I have not played any modded games yet I am waiting for the patch to play Rising Sun and hoping its a little more realalistic than the one that came with the game. If the AI cheats so it can compete with a human than I have no problem with that just say its so.
