Vichy event and French gains

Strategic War in Europe is a grand strategy game where you command one or more of the 25 countries in the game. War, diplomacy, technological progress, recruitment, conquest – this is all in your hands. There are no restrictions to the actions you can perform during your turn: unit movement, purchase, attack, technology investment, reinforcement, all of those can be done at any moment during the turn.

Vichy event and French gains

Post by borsook79 »

In my game Italy lost some terrain to France in Africa before the Vichy event fired. They did not regain it, surely Vichy France should give it back?

Yes, they are. But truth be told the French put a tank army in there. Which was not a good decision considering the Germans at the gates of Paris, but it gave them victory over Italians...

I've also seen where the Italians can gain some hexes in Vichy France if they control them when the Vichy event fires.
