great heroes of Japan missing

I am not finding ADMIRAL INOUE in the database. He commanded the 4th fleet at Rabaul in 1942. His flagship was the Light Cruiser Kashima, which is also missing. There is no 4th fleet HQ, for that matter.

TIGER OF MALAY

Is is possible that you could give us the "TIGER OF MALAY", Tomoyuki Yamashita, as an available commander. I would like to recall him from Manchuria.
