Two 30th USA Field Artillery Regiments?

Am I the only one to notice that there are two "30th USA Field Artillery Regiments"?
This game does not have a learning curve. It has a learning cliff.

I've seen it too and there's at least two more units (1 US and 1 Japanese) that have duplicate names.
I've listed that plus a few other OOB issues in this thread:

I think it is 23rd Eng regiment (Jap)

one belongs to Kwantung, the other one is under SAA i think...

It is the 23rd. Also the 153rd USA RCT exist twice (2758 and 2884) in scenarios 8-16.

There is also a couple of air unit twice.
