Need Japanese opponent for Big B

I have been playing the AI now for 6 months learning this game. Now i would like to move up to the big leagues. I am a very reliable player that would be able to get in daily turns. Looking to play Big b's Mod 1.4 (full campaign) unless there is a later version. Everything negotiable. I would need guidance on popular house rules, I do not want to play cheesey (from Wisconsin) as we say.
