Mod Qeustions, New Mod

I do not expect any to answer all these questions but apreciate any even partial response.

First what I am doing. If I maintain interest in it the over all plans to mod Europe 1939 to all nations except Britain, Germany USSR to Neutral at game start. Idea is that a player can pick whatever country he wants to start with. and play his best game while the titans clash (or sit )around him. So If You spot any problems with idea please let me know.

1] I seem to recall something reading something about must have scenario correctly named in a file outside of scenario folder or something goes wrong can't remember where or what this is?

2]I have removed all events from XML file in Scenario folder this does not seem to break game.
A: Is there some reason this will eventually cause instability?

B:Is there a minimum number of required events (In TOAW must always have one event to start game.)Or must some header be preserved?

3]will Alliance Leaders declare wars and fight if they do not begin game in state of war? Or is all that event driven?

4]I notice that there were event strings to control minor power R&D on annual basis. Is this the same for AI Majors? If there are no event driven R&D, does this mean Tech remains static in game for all countries? I actually don't have a problem with that. I was planning on leveling all tech anyway for start. Just currious.

5]What governs amount of Political points a country gains each turn? I can give country any number of PP's to start game but i do not see them accruing any political points. Note that for test I am using Poland and clicking through two turns taking no action other than elections.

6]If I make Poland Neutral, firm democracy, no wars, and have elections, I get random result(or maybe predetermined?). I recall with one of the Baltic's in Poland 39 scenario elections brings up menu to choose result what is needed to give choice of result instead of random?

7]What is the difference between Major and minor power? Is there a problem or advantage to making all countries majors?

folder name must be in misc.csv file

More secure will be to keep at least one event and there is a limit of 10000 events (the highest ID).

It's event driven.

All are leveling by events.

In countries.csv file there is a column DP growth per month

I need to ask, but the answer won't come before New Year.

Maybe you would like to know that for the next update I'm just finishing R&D events. It's about 150 of them and they cover all countries for European 1939 campaign (of course some gets more some gets less), so probably it would be wise to wait with #4.
Also, please remember that with the event's you are setting desired tech level, what means that the country will try to reach this level.
