Question on License Terms - Multiple Computers

Post by wazo »

I've got ANW installed on my home machine but I was wondering if I would be allowed to also install it on my laptop to play while I travel? There would be no concurrent usage.

I believe the reason it's called a EULA is because it specifies that you're the End User.

The underlying mechanics of that term would mean you could install a EULA-protected program on as many systems as you wanted so long as you were the sole owner and operator of them and you weren't setting up something like a LAN center with a single copy.

We are fine with installing it on two computers, as long as you are the only one using your copy and both are not in use at the same time. This is precisely for desktop/laptop and home/office situations.
