Sometimes I get a new round with no AP

I've noticed a bug in the current steam version. Sometimes if I get an interrupt at the end of their turn, I'll get an entirely new turn, but I won't be given any AP. I'll end turn to finish the interrupt, but then it'll give me a full turn, but no one will have gotten any AP at all.

This is a huge bug.
In one fight I had it happen 3 times. All their same guys got to have a turn again which often meant a reload because it meant they could basically run up on a guy, then because I had no turn to move anyone get full AP again to open up on them and blow them away.
