Cannot Delete Setup File

Anyone know why I cannot delete the unzipped HiredGuns-SetupRelease-107000DR.exe ?

I've never had this issue with any other game. I quite aggrevating as its taking up HD space setting on my desktop. I'd like to know what to do to delete this file.

The only time this happened to me was once when I corrupted files & it wouldn't let me remove (1st attmpts @ MOD'g w/incompat-prog) and another when I thought I was deleting back-ups but had already done so they were in fact my core so (I think) my uninst-hell every file but bad old/dead paths (empty shell).

Can't remember how I fixed, either in registry, full reboot/recov (worst case), or mb even simply try reinstalling, then uninstall (might luck out & replace bad files so next round/uninst goes better...did this once but can't rec if was HG or other)
