Indoor Football plays, any good info available?

Im a fan of indoor football, but cant say im all that informed on the intricacies of designing plays for 8 man formations.

Anyone know of a site or sites with diagrams or a 'dummies guide' to plays.

The first thing you will want to do is figure out which indoor rules you will be using.  Most indoor leagues restrict players.
 
There are rules for: linebacker in box, blitz one man, blitz inside tackles, only three defensive linemen, linemen must line-up beween tackles, and two way players.  The various leagues use differing rules, so the rules should be set first.
