No sound at all

Well, when I start up the game, I get no sound at all...


The specs:

Dell Dimension XPS vs 3
3.4 Ghz P4 EE
2 Gb Ram
Ati X800 Video card
Soundblaster Audigy 2 sound card

Hm...it gets more interesting...it seems that I can get sound if I do a quick start rather than starting from the matrix menu. I also have War in the Pacific, and I have the same problem there...I never noticed it there since I always quickstart that one.

Soundblaster Audigy 2 sound card

Make sure to run latest drivers for the Audigy 2. There´s lots of reported problems on a lot of game support boards in this industry with the Audigy 2.
I´m going to sell my Audigy 2 again.
