If you have a crash of any kind, please post here your DxDiag file and also the crash file that the game generates.

If you have an ATI card, try turning off anti-aliasing in the game settings to see if that helps.

If you have a codec file named mmswitch.ax, try renaming it temporarily to see if that helps.
