Problem with BattleHQ

Recently (since v.2.2.86 I think), while logging on to BHQ, I'm being told I need two new updated files to continue using Battle HQ. Part way through "downloading" the second file it hangs.

I've looked on the BattleHQ site and can't see any mention of an update. I know not many people seem to use it but, you never know.
