Hi,

Yes, a section at the DropZone is not out of the question. But IMHO, the best, the easiest, the fastest is Wargamer's Games Depot.

They don't have a HttR section right now. But, it shouldn't take long. I just asked. [;)]

We have a good amount of bandwidth left over each month and would be happy to host some scenarios. Currently, there is no section for it, but that can be fixed no problem. Send me a PM via this forum if you'd like to move forward. http://www.worldwarhq.com/
