No turn option available on pbem++

I got an email notification that it is now my turn... but nothing shows on my pbem...plus I should have my first turn, which also does not show. please advise

Is this from a new or ongoing game?

Also, when you hover over it in the PBEM lobby you should be able to see the challenge id. If you can post that it may help.

sorry...more info.... this is the beginning of the tournament on Strategic Command:American Civil War.

It appears that Fafnir (my opponent) has made his first move (since he has a score on the tournament list). I received an email that it is now my turn.

In going to the main page of the game and selecting pbem++ I see that have a couple of active games with others that I have been playing for a week or so (without any issues).... HOWEVER, I do not see any move available for me to select from the tournament.... including nothing showing Fafnir as an opponent.

I have re-tried this at least 5 or 6 times. I have also reuploaded 1.02.00 today... and I am still not getting any game with Fafnir to select.

so... now what?

When you're in the PBEM lobby, there's a Tournament button at the bottom right, click on that and you'll be taken through to your tournament games.

.... stupid USER ERROR.... NO TOURNAMENT BUTTON.... because--- I just figured this out late last night....
when I uploaded the 1.02 version on July-14, for some reason I was having an issue getting into matrix/slitherine.... so I created a second user name (gamerdudex2).
.......to get 1.02, apparently I had to register the game (?)....and so I did....but it got registered under the "x2" user name.
....oooooops !!

When I signed up for the tournament (early July)... I signed up under gamerdude. (WHICH DOESNT HAVE A REGISTERED GAME---thanks to my "error"....and the system wont allow me to register the game under gamerdude, because it is already used under the second name.)

I didnt realize this until last night, when I tried going thru STEAM. It let me play, but then I realized it showed a user name with the "x2" added.... and I didnt even remember creating that handle!!!! (too many margaritas!!).

I really want to play the tournament.... if you have an easy fix that doesnt require me to re-purchase the game !!???

The best thing to do will be to contact Matrix support as hopefully they'll be able to easily fix this for you:
