New Feature: Fleet Movement

A method to link a number of ships into a 'fleet' just for movement purposes.

Currently, you click, or double click a ship, move it, then click the one next to it, then the next, etc,etc,etc.

it should be simplistic to use, like hold the ctrl key and left click a number of ships and the first one clicked is the one that moves the fleet. Distance is set by the slowest selected.
