Just as a starter [since more intricate knowledge are better presented by a few of the 'system' experts here], resupply occurs 3am in the morning each day of the scenario. Amounts of resupply are determined before starting the scenario [in the briefing section] by either the default supply level you leave things at , or at the modified levels of more or less you decide to tweak per side. The same procedure goes for reinforcements too. In the game you may notice reduced units will get amalgamated to another stronger unit of the same formation, ie- disappear as the unit it was formerly.
