Conquered Factory not giving build options

Playing a TCP/IP game as Germany. The conquered factory in Poland has all build options greyed out even 2 turns after being repaired. I can trick it into building supplies by clicking the have all remaining factories build supply button, but it appears to be a bug.

Factorys taken by force will produce only supplies or research.

If you can't produce research and/or supplies using the normal buttons, than this may be a TCP/IP only bug. Do you remember how you repaired the factory (repair screen or right click on the map)? Was the factory showing up with the green circle on both your screen and the host player's screen? Was Germany the host player in the game?

I'm pretty sure I repaired it using the repair screen. I got the same result for the factory in Western France. The Factories in Eastern France and Spain which came to me undamaged worked as advertised.

If anyone else experiences it, a workaround is to build all your units and research at other factories and the hit the button on the all factories page assigning all remaining factories to build supplies. At least you can get some production out of them.

That is correct. Both post apply to the same game. Fog of War was turned on for all players as well otherwise all settings were at default.
