The first non-rounded ones i like.

Thanks, but I am also testing rounded ones and now I must decide. Rounded or squared? What do you prefer? [&:]

Both are nice, but i think the colour style fits more with the edged ones.

What prevents you from doing both? [:D]

Too many things to do at the same time and... it is summertime! Next month I'll fly to Greek! [;)]

Rounded wants a greater effort on numbers.bmp, I think the best is a compromise...

Rounded forever. Can't beat that clean, professional look.

Nice work, Vito! I prefer the rounded counters, and in the screenshot for post #61, in particular, the counters have a nice, bulgy, 3-D look to them. They really look like they're stacked up a few mm from the screen. I like it!

I prefer the rounded ones. Also, please HURRY. Those new icon counters would look so cool while playing.

...In my opinion, the rounded(beveled) counters would be magnificent for motorized units(even better with vehicle silhouettes), while the square edges would help differentiate the infantry. My tired old eyes can use all the help they can get in reading unit counters.

Very tentative try of an "artistic" armoured unit.
There's not much room available to make it detailed

Great idea Shawkhan, lets hope this can be done at some point.
