Looks great - are they finished? And if so, where can we get them?

Counters are finished, I must work a little on Numbers.bmp.

I have a solution-just stop everything else in your life and get these great looking counters to us.[:D]

Some of these color combinations don't work. Example below:

I have changed a little some colors (i.e. yellow was too much bright) but these two color combinations are the same of the original old counters.

The other day I was thinking about the possibility to make a counter mod using german tactical symbols, has it ever been done in the past? the problem is with the unit size indicators, the german used a system of little flags on top of the symbol.

I'd love to see some of these symbols used. You also need to get the arrows right.

I've made some unit icons for both German and Russian tatical units. I can send them off to you if you are interested. There are not 100% complete, but it would give you a head start if you want to make your own sets.

If we are at it, an off theme question. Does anyone know what this symbol for the 13th Company means? I have no clue, could it be a Flak company or some Nebelwerfers?
(The unit is the 12th FJ Regt/4.Fallschirm Div, early 44)

These are Nebelwerefer yes, the thickness of the symbol indicates company-size.

My guess would be either a IG field gun or a RCL rifle. Looks like a symbol for some sort of gun.

No clue. I ask myself..[&:]

Thanks for the info about the Nebelwerfers; i was not sure as it's very unusual. Gives the regiment quite some punch.

@Jeff Norton: I doubt that it's an Inf Gun, that would be a different symbol. Recoilless Rifles, if you think of 88mm Panzerschrecks, would make no sense imo, then the Regiment would have two PzJäger (AT) companies (the 13th and the 14th).

I first thought it looked very similar to the 1935-42 Flak symbol, but the Gliederung is definitely from 44.

Hey Jmass dude....those new counters look really nice. The shape they have reminds me of red blood cells, with that sortof hollowish center they have.

JMass don't let any naysayers bother you. Those icons look great and you should be thanked for what you did.
