Player Card Ratings vs Roster Card Ratings

In the online league Im in (XIBL - XComs league), in my quest to try and figure out why my pitchers with good ratings are getting killed and others with low ratings are pitching lights out, I came across this, and was hoping someone could help me understand what it is Im looking at.

On my single A team, I notice that the ratings showing on my Minor League Roster screen, and the ratings that show on the players card, are completely different for some players

I see one pitcher on the roster screen with ratings of 3/1/3 for Stuff/Control/Velocity but when I open his player card it shows ratings of 2/2/2

Another guys shows on the roster screen as 3/1/2 but on his player card it shows 5/5/4

Another guy shows on the roster screen as 1/1/3 but on his player card it shows 10/3/5

Another guy shows on the roster screen as 2/1/3 but on his player card it shows 10/2/8

The other 2 guys on the A squad are correct. Those guys have much higher ratings though (17/53/7 and 31/46/39)

Everyone in AA and AAA look fine. Again they all have higher ratings.

What the heck am I looking at with the single A squad ? Which numbers are correct ?
