I couldn't tell that they were larger in your screenshot. We CMers are used to bedsheet flags, not the pillowcases of PC.

Here is a old v new shot. The surface area of the flag is the same, but the flag pole and height are larger. The flag is also billowed (obviously). However as Mobius wrote above, I never had any trouble finding them on the minimap.

I guess I could double them or triple them in size, but I think they would then look a bit silly. I also wanted them to be in scale, so it looked like the flag pole really could hold up the flag [:D]

I guess these mods could be posted in the PCOWS mod section until PKC get's it's own.

MR, there is a mod of mine in the PCOWS forum for the round icons in the lower left of the UI.

An ability to replay the WHOLE battle/scenario when it is done and the ability to save it. Kinda like in DoW or M2TW. I think that would be really cool. Also allowing people to send it to each other as with helping them make movies out of 'em for AAR's or something.
I love the infantry because they are the underdogs. They are the mud-rain-frost-and-wind boys. They have no comforts, and they even learn to live without the necessities. And in the end they are the guys that wars can't be won without...

Oh man yeah I'm glad you brought this one up kawaiku. That was another one of the greatest things about MTW origional you could save those battle replays during the actual strategy wargame and not just in the custom games or quick battles like RTW/M2TW did them which suked. Yeah, I'd love to see this added to the game being able to watch it play out in full without all the stops and goes every 40 seconds. So let it be written so let it be done. ;)

And an even greater feature being able to link all these movies into one campaign movie ;) It would be the war movie everyones been waiting on since warmovies have been being made. A continous non stop action warmovie without all the drama and talking scenes. ;)
WE/I WANT 1:1 or something even 1:2 death animations in the KOIOS PANZER COMMAND SERIES don't forget Erik! ;) and Floating Paratroopers We grew up with Minor, Marginal and Decisive victories why rock the boat with Marginal, Decisive and Legendary?

haha you are welcome ravinhood. I personally only play CM. Tried downloading the demo to the first PC game and wasn't able to play it!(old ass machine is the culprit). But that was something that I always thought would make a game like CMx1 or 2 with their settings, ie. world war two with their large battles/scenarios etc... even better! Being able to watch the whole battle play out, and watching it flow would really allow the players to analyze themselves, find new appreciations for the game and above all being able to watch your best games over and over again in all their glory.

And that 2nd idea you put down is really cool!

There is more I could say, but unless the devs say yes or we'll think about it, like added in a patch, I'll refrain from going into dream-mode and all those others ideas that could go along with it. [>:]
