Got an ERROR!!!

Strangely enough, I got an error tonight.

Unfortunately, I'm very innebriated (that took ages to write!), so can't remember the error...but it was a Windows dialog box and probably "An Unexpected Error has Occurred".

The specifics, I think, were I had 3 bases loaded, and I choose to steal home. When I clicked on Steal Home, I got the error popup. Then the game stayed where it is, but I have no menus at the bottom (I am batting). I couldn't close the game using the X - it says to finish the game before playing.

This is the first crash I've had with this game ever (as far as I remember)...certainly in a long time. I don't know what caused it...I don't "steal home" very often...so it might be that. Could be other software installed...I don't know.

Very strange.

What version are you running? I recall experiencing, and hearing about, a similar error in past versions that was eliminated with a patch that Shaun had released. I won't even pretend to recall which patch or which version fixed it. What I do remember is that at least for me, once that patch was installed, the error never reappeared.
