Salary Dump Screen?

This is a first, literally! I've played several THOUSAND games of Puresim and this is the first time that I see this screen. Has anyone else ever seen this before? Note- this isn't a bad thing, I was just surprised to see something that I had never seen before after playing this game for well over 30 seasons and 5 real life years...

I have to admit that this would be the first time that I have seen this dialog box. But then again, I should get through a couple of season in an association in order to have a better perspective.[:D]
