Excellent, ESPECIALLY 1016!!! That's been annoying the heck out of me. Can you do one for the bombardment waves? They're pretty anemic, I've been meaning to steal one from CM or something.

Hey thanks! I am glad that I have a new one for troops moving now, as the old one was kinda.....well I swear that I can hear horses!

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Hi

Many thanks for the sound files. I do have a problem though and that is since 1.11 I do not hear the sound file for unit movements not even after this. Does anyone have any idea why? It worked just fine before the patches.

I just had a play around with the .wav files and was trying to mod the both the bombardment and AA sound effects.

However, it seems that the Land Combat, the AA Combat and the Bombardment Combat effects all share the same .wav files (1116,1117). Therefore it seems impossible to mod, as no sound effect would be appropriate for all three eventualities.

I may well have missed something, and if someone can post a .wav file list or advise on a work around I'll give it another go.

Rats!

Worse thing I think, is the .wavs aren't all baselined to the same volume level. Some of them you can barely hear, and if you turn up the volume to hear them, others are annoyingly loud...like <shudder> the "click" sound.
