DATA editing spreadsheet?

Anyone made one yet, similar to CCMT's one? Looking over the CC sites I didn't run into any... Or is it possibly so that the CCMT spreadsheet would also work with CCRAW -files (i.e. the games have same text -file structure and data is "interchangeable" with little effort?
