It is the link from tool. It is not the original CCrep. The original does not let you edit WAR files.

Really I do not recomend it, if your game crash, it will not be a problem from game or mods. Only from edit the file.

You will make well if you do not assign BG to the players, it is funny but it makes very slow the campaign. Almost when the people have different time for play. About the time, by my experience with many of you, more time is not neccesary because many of you will be waiting to the 5 last minutes for launch your full attack.

Siento no haber participado en el debate pero estoy de viaje y apenas tengo tiempo para conectarme, el lunes estaré al 100%.

Voto por 25 minutos, Gran Campaña y jugar sin mod, con el vanilla parcheado vamos.

Otra cuestión, que me acaba de plantear 7A_Bjorn, es que en todos los juegos de CC anteriores, las campañas se juegan a 2 turnos por día. El VetBob tiene sólo 1 turno.
Tanto si jugamos con 2 turnos o con uno, hay que decidirlo.
2 turnos por día, mañana y tarde supone un juego más sosegado, sin tantas prisas por parte de los alemanes, además del uso más calculado de los apoyos de artillería. No teines que usarlos si no son necesarios, y los guardar para el turno de la tarde.
Bueno, pues eso. ¿Jugamos con un turno o con dos?

El VetBob tiene sólo 1 turno.
VetBoB 1.03B has 2 turns. But with a notepad, you can change it and put 1, 2, 3 or 4 turns.
Vanilla game has by default 2 turns.

Soy partidario de jugar dos turnos, quizá por seguir la inercia del juego en versiones anteriores, pero hay que cambiarlo todos los jugadores, para que no ocurra como en la campaña de Pdl.

Respecto a los apoyos de artillería, mortero y aviación, creo que funcionan como antes, puedes dejarlos para el segundo turno, pero si no los usas en el segundo, no pasan al día siguiente.

I am playing two shifts, perhaps followed by the inertia of the game in previous versions, but you have to change all the players, not to occur campaign in the PDL.

As regards support of artillery, mortar, and aviation, I think that function as before, you can leave them for the second round, but unless you use the second, do not spend the next day.

En cuanto a cambiarlo, me refiero a, con el note pad, buscar el fichero de campaign.txt del mod que incluye esto en las primeras lineas.

creo que hay que cambiarlo de 1 a 2.

No hay que tocar nada si jugamos a 2 rondas. Tanto el vanilla como el vetbob1.03b tienen 2 turnos ;)

Un problema - 1.03B no funciona en multiplayer con jugadores con Vista, solamente XP.

Creo que necesitamos usar vetbob 1.01.

Firefox,

It gets either player (I have XP, other players have Vista) stuck at the "Initializing AI" notification on screen when loading the battle (after unit selection, going to map for deploy it gets stuck).

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Most of us live in Spain, so maybe you can find hard to meet us to play because the time, if you are form USA. ¿Where are u from? Anyway, both 7A_ are from usa and we play. Its late night in Spain when afternoon in USA.
 
We are debating some rules:
-do you like 15-20-25-30 minutes per game.
-play with vetbob1.03b or with vanilla game
-Grand Campaing or Offensive Campaing.
-2 turns or 1 turn per day.

i'm from Romania so i'm guessing i'll usually play with the guys from Spain.

25 minutes seems fine,vanilla game and grand campaign.enough time to run a few maneuvers.
as for turns I don't really know what to say.i haven't played campaign before in multiplayer so whatever you decide is fine by me.

Probad ese mod de Creta, y como todos tenemos el CCIV (que viene con este WaR) igual podemos pensar en hacer en el mod de creta esa campaña. Se me acaba de ocurrir, no se.

CCIV Krete is for the original CCIV, not for the WAR CC4 Classic, they are two different versions.
