In my GC I have the Allies pinned at several of thier depots. I have surrounded them and left them with one or two VLs in the center of the maps. I know why they still have supply, but should they? Maybe the supply link for those BGs should be cut off when you capture the "from" roads.

hmmm.. interesting

Supply Depot indicates they have rather a large supply on hand at the moment though.

Is it worth a lot of coding to introduce a slower 9and how much slower) rate of supply depletion?

i think any development time could be spent in a much more worthwhile area.
